Each contains the following variables:

ChanNames contains EEG channel names.
Fs is sample rate and should be 256. If not, please do Fs = 256;
Idle and Move are cell arrays. Each element is a trial consisting of foot resting on floor (for "Idle") or repeated foot dorsiflexion ("Move").
